A herbal consultation is a 60-90 minute appointment that dives into your past, present and future.

This is a way to show up for yourself, supporting your physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic health. In this space, we may addressing a specific health issue or overall intentions.

Herbs can help with many issues including: stress, anxiety, neurological related concerns, respiratory conditions, autoimmune conditions, digestive function, reproductive health, skin issues, sleep trouble, cardiovascular conditions and more.

Some things we might discuss: How are you feeling today? What have been big moments in your life? Past health issues? Where would you like to be a month from now? What are your health goals?

With an in-depth discussion, I will prepare an herbal plan that is individually designed for you and only you. This plan may include a few different tincture blends, or maybe just a tea blend to support you considering your compliance, preference, and capacity at this time.

A herbal protocol may include herbal medicine, nutritional support, lifestyle changes, supplement recommendations, personal ritual and more.

A follow-up session is a 30-90 minute appointment scheduled 4-6 weeks after you’ve begun your herbal protocol. The time length of a follow up session depends on your needs at the time.

This is where we check in on your most recent protocol and chat about any health updates. In this space, we may address anything else that is on your mind including any acute health happenstances, response to your herbal protocol or specific herbs, and any new exciting changes to your health goals / plan.

You’ll also receive an updated herbal protocol tailored to your current needs.

A medicinal blend consult is a quick, compressed 30-minute session designed to address a specific, straightforward health concern or issue.

This is an opportunity to create a custom medicinal blend tailored to your current health needs without an in-depth consultation assessing full health history and/or body picture.

Examples of concerns suited for this consult include insomnia, digestive issues, grief or a broken heart, colds/flu, or respiratory issues.
