Plant Actions

Hibiscus is full of Vitamin-C-rich antioxidants, an immune-boosting group of nutrients that has protective effect against free radicals, making this great to drink when you’re exercising outdoors and possibly breathing in pollutants.

Nettle, Oatstraw, and Peppermint are nutritive powerhouse herbs that contain Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, and Vitamin C.

Hibiscus, Oatstraw, and Peppermint are in a herb category called ‘Refrigerants’, which means (you may have guessed it!) they contain constituents that have an ability to cool down the body temperature.

Suggested Use:

  • Infuse 1 tbsp herbs in 1 cup of just boiled water for 30 minutes before straining

  • Sun Tea Edition: Brew 1 tbsp herbs in 1 cup of room temperature water in a glass jar out in a sunny spot for up to all day

  • Then to make it Gatorade-like aka Super Charged with Electrolytes: For every 2 cups of infusion, add 1/2 tbsp honey, 1/8 tsp high quality Himalayan pink or sea salt, 2 drops of Trace Minerals ConcenTrace Drops (optional), lemon or lime squeezes, a splash of organic coconut water (also optional). Then chill in fridge!

Tip: I like making a large batch of infusions with this one to feed the entire house or to drink all by myself through the day. so I usually infuse 4 tbsp herbs in a 32-oz glass mason jar in the sun!
